STEP TWO
PLACE YOUR ORDER

After you’ve worked with one of our Sales Team members, our Customer Service team processes your order and enters it into our system. They handle quote or sample requests and prepare orders for our Art Department. Customer Service then forwards any existing logos or design requests, along with color choices and bag sizes, to our skilled Art Department to bring your vision to life.
STEP THREE
WORK WITH OUR DESIGN TEAM

Our Art Department takes your artwork and design specifications and creates digital proofs for all the items you're interested in, along with pricing for any plates required. If revisions are needed, they are made promptly. Once you approve the proofs, the Art Department coordinates the production of the necessary plates to customize your order.

SCHEDULING

Once you approve your proof, your project moves to our scheduling department. They add your project to the production schedule and ensure all materials required to produce your branded packaging are gathered and sent to the production team.
STEP FIVE
PRODUCTION / CUSTOMIZATION

Once in production, the orders are directed to the appropriate printing department—Ink, Hot Stamp, or Screen Printing. The team selects your stock from our large inventory of in-stock bags, boxes, tissue, and ribbon, then customizes these items with your designs. Afterward, the completed pieces are sent to shipping for delivery.

SHIPPING

Our shipping department prepares your order for shipment, coordinates with carriers and freight companies, and ensures any special instructions are followed. Local customers can save on shipping by picking up their orders directly or opting for hand delivery by our in-house drivers.
