Gift Box Sizes
All items listed in this catalog show approximate sizes and may vary in actual dimension.

Returned Checks
There will be a $25.00 handling charge on all returned checks. The Premier Line reserves the right to change customer terms to C.O.D. because of a returned check.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Should any of the prices listed in this catalog be in error, you will be notified at time of order and charged the correct price. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Shipping
All in-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS unless the shipment requires a commercial carrier. All shipments are sent F.O.B. Newburyport, MA. All freight charges will be added to your invoice.

Rush Service Charges
Rush Service Charges are in addition to shipping/freight costs, art charges, plate charges and any applicable production charges. Rush Service Charge per order is a flat rate of $250 (A). Please call for approval prior to ordering.

Open Accounts
Terms are net 30 days. There is a 11/2% service charge added per month on any past due balance. Initial orders require deposits that will be determined by the Premier Line based on customer years in business and previous credit history supplied to the Premier Line on credit application. Should collection be necessary on past due accounts all costs such as legal, attorney, outside collection agency and finance charges will be passed on to customer.

Back Order Policy
If an item is out of stock, we will back order unless requested to do otherwise. If we wish to cancel your order due to lack of stock, you will be notified immediately. Colors All stock colors may vary on items and sizes within a product range.

Custom Bag & Box Orders
Custom made to order bags and boxes are subject to plus or minus 25% over or under runs.

Mill Runs
All custom mill orders are subject to plus or minus 25% over or under runs. Please check with your Sales Representative or the Customer Service Representative when placing your order.

Returns
No merchandise may be returned to our warehouse without authorization. Request for return due to manufacturing defects or an error in filling the order must be submitted within fifteen (15) days after receipt of merchandise. Please include your invoice number on your return request so that your account will receive proper credit. All merchandise must be returned in its original carton. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Stock items are subject to a restocking charge. Please call for applicable charges.

Damaged Shipments
No claim can be honored if merchandise is used or without original carton. UPS Shipments

Damaged cartons:
At time of delivery do not remove contents until inspected by the driver. Be sure he notes on freight bill and signs his notation. Concealed damage: Leave damaged merchandise in its original carton and hold for inspection. Notify UPS immediately so an inspection can be arranged.

Freight Shipments
The ICC requires that the consignee (you) file claim with the trucking company. We cannot file for you.

Damaged cartons:
Same procedures as UPS. Concealed damage: Leave damaged merchandise in its original carton and hold for inspection.
